• Factory 1 (sofa): We have been in the sofa bed business for more than six years in Shanghai, with factory size of 13,000 square meters and more than 130 employees. Now, we ship out about 70 to 80 containers per month to Latin America, the US and Europe. Because we also own another foam factory, so we have cost advantage. Hence, we are supplying to big retailers for six years (Sofa mart/Walmart US, XXXLutz Germany, Conforama France, Sodimac SA), which enable the factory to better understand quality standard. Recently, our factory just passed Walmart factory audit and ISO 9001 certification. Our products are sofa bed parts and whole product.
• Factory 2 (Wood): We focus on the full-set furniture and customized furniture. We provide small quantity and design furniture to hotel chain and club house and other business venue. Our factory is equipped with around experienced 30 personnel, well trained and detail oriented workers that enable to deliver high end customized furniture. Our products are solid woods and board/bamboo products (cabinets, tables and chairs).
• Factory 3 (Stainless Steel): We are located in Shanghai with 15 years of professional experience in manufacturing stainless steel products. Our factory uses advanced equipment like CNC slotting machine, CNC cutting plate machine, folding machine, CNC punch, CNC wire cutting and other advanced processing machinery. Our factory established a sound scientific management system to strictly guarantee the product quality. Our products are exported to Europe and the US, and built a solid long term with clients. Meantime, their flawless product also favored by well known five-star hotels. Our products are tables, chairs, racks and more.
